FRAME CONTROL.
Modern society revolves around frame control. Whoever has the predominant frame controls those who adhere to it. Pop culture, professional sports, politics, and religion all operate according to this principle.
We can loosely define frame as perception. It is the framework of values and beliefs through which we perceive the world. Therefore, as the human experience is filtered through this lens, it stands that, as far as we are concerned, perception is reality.
The concept of frame parallels the idea of “pendulums,” as defined in the book Reality Transurfing: Steps I-V as the collective thought structures created by the energy of its constituents. Frames and pendulums exist because as social creatures, we seek consensus reality. In a given context, the one best fit to suit public interest will naturally take precedence, further reinforced by social proof and adherence.
In life, we are constantly frame controlled by opinions, the status quo, standards, expectations, the Overton window, and a myriad of other factors. However, almost any frame, shy of the laws of nature and government, are up to us whether to accept or reject.
While there are frames imposed on us that we would be wise to adhere to for our benefit, we must remain vigilant when subjugating ourselves to external control. In order to maintain individual sovereignty, our first line of defense against this is to be grounded in our own frame of reality.
Heed the ancient Hermetic principle, “as above, so below, as within, so without.” We must first choose and embody the frame we want to hold within us before it can manifest in the outside world. Others can then accept and adhere to our frame and strengthen it, but it must not rely on this validation. Only when our frame remains of its own accord do we retain control.
The cardinal rule of frame control is to never break the frame. No matter the cost, hold the frame, and know that it will be tested. Others may challenge it not only because they disagree with it, but to see whether it will break under pressure. Holding the line passes their test, and will only make your frame become more resilient.
By exercising frame control, you become a greater creator of your reality, placing yourself at the cause of your life, rather than at the effect. If your internal frame is strong enough, the outside world will be forced to bend to your will. This dynamic is enforced by the law of metaphysics, operating in the same way that the law of physics subject objects to gravity.
Internalize this concept deeply, because it is of utmost importance. Should you allow yourself to be frame controlled, you will be at the whim of the world, a puppet on a string. Control the frame, like the director of the movie of your life, and the world will fall flat at your feet.
